  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. 2. Raffle

    10 for $20.00
    30 for $50.00
    75 for $100.00

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

  4. 4. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: January 16, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST

    Art Raffle draw: January 20, 2023 at 12:00:00 p.m. EST
    50/50 draw: January 20, 2023 at 12:00:00 p.m. EST

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://ymcaosgb.rafflenexus.com/winners on January 20, 2023.

  5. 5. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  6. 6. Privacy

    YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  7. 7. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: fundraising@osgb.ymca.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at fundraising@osgb.ymca.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

The proceeds raised from our art and 50/50 draw will be used to purchase accessible equipment for our Health, Fitness and Aquatics Centre. As a charity that is dedicated to building healthy, strong and connected communities we continue to work towards improving access to spaces and specifically enabling our populations with disabilities and special needs to participate in programming. Removing barriers and increasing access to our facility will help improve the wellbeing of our community through health, fitness and recreation programming. The purchase of accessible fitness equipment solutions such as strength training equipment specialized for wheelchairs will enable this population to live a more active lifestyle. The YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce will be the only recreation and fitness facility in Grey Bruce to offer these solutions. Raising these funds to purchase this equipment will enable the YMCA to better fulfill our mission to be an inclusive community where everyone truly belongs.
